Please note that:

Payments are non refundable unless authorised by the Trip Leader/Teacher in charge

If payment is not made by the Trip Due Date then the Trip Leader has the right to remove the pupil from the trip.

Other terms and conditions are as stated in the Parent Contract and in correspondence from the trip leader.

For Trips - Payment does not confirm a place on the trip as waiting list numbers may have been exceeded. The trip leader will be in touch with successful applicants shortly and were relevant, refunds will be made without delay.

Please note that our preferred method of payment for school trips and events is online via the KES website. Online payments will take priority over payments by cheque or other methods.

The School accepts on-line payments via Debit Cards Only.
